Questions sellers ask
What image size should I use on Shopify?
Shopify recommends 2048 × 2048 px square images. ImgCraft produces about 1,024 × 1,024 px square images, above the 800 px zoom threshold; upscale them if you want the full 2048 px.
How do I keep all my product photos consistent?
Use the Shopify preset for every product: it places each product on the same clean, light background with a soft shadow, so collection pages look uniform.
Can I use the images in Shopify ads and social posts?
Yes. The ad template makes 1:1, 3:4 and 9:16 creatives, and commercial use is allowed on every plan.
