Questions sellers ask
Will the main image pass Amazon's image rules?
The Amazon preset asks for a pure white (#FFFFFF) background, the whole product filling most of the frame and no text, logos or props — the core main-image rules. Review each result before uploading; small details such as tiny print can drift.
What size are the images?
Main images come out at about 1,024 × 1,024 px, enough for Amazon zoom (1,000 px+). Use the Upscale tool (1 credit) if you want 2,000 px or more.
Can I use the lifestyle and ad images on Amazon?
Yes — Amazon allows lifestyle and in-use photos as secondary images (not as the main image). Ad creatives also work for Sponsored Brands and social ads.
