  • Black Forest Labs (BFL) — AI image generation (prompts and input images)
  • xAI — AI processing (prompts and input data)
  • Vercel — Hosting and edge delivery (access logs, IP addresses)
  • Supabase — Database and authentication (account data, usage data)

Each third-party provider processes data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 days.
  • Generated content: Images and videos are stored temporarily and may be deleted after a period of inactivity. Do not rely on ImgCraft as permanent storage.
  • Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
  • Usage logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security and analytics purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
